Retail Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers. Your primary duties will include greeting customers, assisting with product inquiries, and providing recommendations based on their needs. You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, restocking shelves, and ensuring that displays are visually appealing. Additionally, you will process transactions accurately and efficiently at the checkout, handling cash and electronic payments while adhering to company policies.

The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor, with the ability to engage with customers of diverse backgrounds. Previous retail experience is preferred but not mandatory, as we value a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. You should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills. Flexibility in scheduling is essential, as you may be required to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
