Grounds Maintenance Operative

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the aesthetic appeal and health of various outdoor spaces, including parks, gardens, and commercial properties. Your primary duties will include mowing lawns, trimming hedges, pruning trees, planting flowers, and ensuring that all areas are kept clean and free of debris. You will also operate a range of landscaping equipment and tools, adhering to safety protocols while performing your tasks efficiently.

To excel in this position, you must possess a keen eye for detail and a passion for horticulture. Previous experience in grounds maintenance or a related field is preferred, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A valid driver's license and familiarity with landscaping machinery are essential. Additionally, you should be physically fit and able to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
