Cleaning Operative

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Operative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and hygienic environment in a variety of settings, including offices, commercial spaces, and residential properties. Your duties will include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces to ensure that all areas meet our high cleanliness standards. You will also be tasked with emptying bins, replenishing supplies, and reporting any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.

The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering excellent service. Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred, but not essential as training will be provided. You should possess good communication skills and be able to work both independently and as part of a team. Flexibility in working hours is important, as you may be required to work during evenings or weekends to accommodate client needs. A valid driver's license may be required for roles involving travel between locations.
