Agency Head Chef required for a busy coastal venue on the Isle of Wight. This is a fantastic opportunity to spend the summer working in a fast-paced kitchen while enjoying one of the UK’s most popular seaside destinations. With live-in accommodation available and the potential for work beyond the summer season, this role offers both flexibility and stability.

Key Responsibilities

As an Agency Head Chef, you’ll support the kitchen team by:

• Preparing and cooking fresh food to a high standard
• Managing the day to day of the kitchen
• Maintaining excellent food hygiene and health & safety standards
• Rota, costing etc
• Supporting the kitchen throughout the busy summer period

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience working as a Head Chef
• Is confident working in a busy kitchen environment
• Can commit to working until at least September, with the possibility of extending the contract
• Works well as part of a team and remains calm under pressure
• Is reliable, hardworking and keen to make a positive impact
