Trading Supervisor (Temp) – Llanelli

Berkeley Scott is recruiting a Temporary Trading Supervisor to join a busy visitor attraction in Llanelli.

We’re looking for an experienced supervisor with a strong background in retail, hospitality or catering who can lead a team, deliver outstanding customer service, and help drive sales across admissions, retail and catering operations.

The Role:

• Supervising the day-to-day trading operation
• Leading, motivating and supporting the team
• Delivering excellent customer service
• Driving sales and achieving KPIs
• Maintaining high standards across retail, catering and admissions
• Ensuring compliance with food hygiene and health & safety procedures

What we’re looking for:

• Previous supervisory experience in a retail, hospitality or commercial environment
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Customer-focused with a proactive approach
• Experience working towards sales targets and managing teams
