About the role
- Location: Field & Home-based (South West: Bristol, Exeter, Cornwall)
- Salary: £45,000 £50,000 + Company Car + Bonus

- Drive Sales: Win new business and grow existing accounts with regional house builders, developers, and builders’ merchants.
- Maximize Margins: Achieve profitable volume sales against targets with a sharp focus on commercial margins.
- Deliver Service: Collaborate with internal design and operations teams to guarantee high-quality customer delivery.
- Track Markets: Monitor South West construction pipelines and competitor activity to capture new opportunities.
- Sales Track Record: Proven B2B construction sales experience, ideally selling structural timber, joinery, or heavy building materials.
- Audience Expertise: Established experience dealing directly with regional developers, housebuilders, or merchants.
- Commercial Drive: Strong negotiation skills, a relationship-first approach, and a solid understanding of profit and margins.
- Mobility: Full UK driving licence is essential for regional travel and occasional overnight stays.
- Base Salary: £45k £50k (DOE)
