Space Booking Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Space Booking Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the reservation and management of our facility spaces, ensuring efficient utilization and optimal customer satisfaction. You will coordinate with various departments to schedule events, meetings, and other activities while maintaining an organized calendar of bookings. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a proven track record in space management or event coordination. Proficiency in booking software and tools, as well as strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, will be essential for success in this position.
