Call Centre / Customer Service - Reservations Sales Representative (Home Based / Remote)

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Call Centre / Customer Service - Reservations Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in a home-based, remote capacity. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with their travel inquiries and reservations. Your primary responsibilities will include answering incoming calls, providing exceptional customer service, processing reservations, and managing changes or cancellations with efficiency and professionalism. You will also be tasked with upselling additional services and products, ensuring that each customer has a seamless and enjoyable experience.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment is preferred, along with a strong understanding of sales techniques. You should be comfortable navigating multiple computer systems and possess the ability to work independently in a remote setting. A high level of attention to detail and the ability to manage time effectively are essential for success in this role.
