Site Structural and Design Liaison Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Site Structural and Design Liaison Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that structural designs are accurately implemented on-site while maintaining seamless communication between the design and construction teams. You will oversee the execution of structural components, ensuring they adhere to safety and quality standards. Key responsibilities include conducting site inspections, reviewing structural drawings, and collaborating with architects and contractors to resolve any design-related issues that may arise during construction. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, along with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in structural design and site engineering. Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, SAP2000, or similar is essential. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are a must, as you will frequently assess design feasibility and proactively address challenges. Excellent communication skills are essential for effective collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders. A professional engineering license is preferred, and experience with building codes and regulations will be advantageous.
