Level 2 & Level 3 Nursery Practitioners – Snodland

Link Education Ltd is currently recruiting Level 2 and Level 3 Nursery Practitioners to join our team and support local nurseries in and around Snodland.

This role offers the opportunity to work within a variety of friendly nursery settings, providing cover for day-to-day, long-term and permanent staffing requirements.

The Successful Candidate Will:

• Hold a relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare Qualification (or higher).
• Have a genuine passion for working with young children.
• Create a fun, safe and stimulating environment where children can thrive.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Work effectively as part of a team.
• Be reliable, professional and committed to delivering high-quality childcare.

Requirements

Applicants should have:

• A relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare qualification (or above).
• A minimum of six months’ experience working within a nursery or early years setting.
• An Enhanced DBS Certificate registered on the DBS Update Service, or be willing to obtain one.
• A good understanding of safeguarding responsibilities and child protection procedures.
• The legal right to work in the United Kingdom.
