Position: Early Years Teacher

• Location: Crawley, West Sussex
• Contract Type: Permanent or Long Term
• Start Date: September 2024

Key Responsibilities: As an Early Years Teacher you will:

• Plan and deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate lessons and activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment where every child feels valued and respected.
• Assess children's progress, identify areas for improvement, and provide tailored support and interventions as needed.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external stakeholders to ensure the holistic development of each child.
• Promote positive relationships and effective communication with children, parents, and colleagues.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent in Early Years Education.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of the EYFS curriculum and best practices in early childhood education.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and contribute to a positive school culture.
• Genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their holistic development.
