Our client is seeking an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join their dedicated team at a cat-only clinic in Worthing. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a practice that prioritises exceptional, personalised care for its feline patients and fosters a supportive environment for its staff. The practice is proudly independent, allowing for clinical freedom and a personal touch in patient care.

The Role

The successful candidate will be based at a cat-only clinic in Worthing, working collaboratively with other hospitals and night teams to deliver comprehensive, 24/7 care. The clinic boasts an interior design that provides a warm, comforting, home-from-home feeling. This role involves a 4-day week, with 10-hour shifts (various times between 7:30 am and 7:30 pm), totalling 40 hours, including a 1-hour lunch break. An equal 1 in 6 rota for weekends and bank holidays is in place, with 2 days off in lieu for any weekends worked.

About You

You will be an experienced Veterinary Surgeon (MRCVS) with a strong passion for cats, bringing at least 3+ years of general practice experience within the UK. The ideal candidate will be an experienced all-rounder branch vet, comfortable with sole charge duties, routine procedures, and dentals.
