This role would suit a proven engineering operations leader — someone ambitious, hands-on, and ready to progress their career within a fast-paced, fast-moving business that offers genuine scope for development. What We're Looking For We're keen to hear from candidates with a background in traditional engineering operations, ideally gained across one or more of the following disciplines: • Milling • Machining • Turning • Forging • Sheet metal pressing • Precision engineering • Foundry As this is a multi-operation site, experience across any of the above (or similar manufacturing/engineering processes) would be highly valuable.
