Quality Manager

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Aerospace Quality Manager to join a well-established aerospace engineering business based in Maidstone, Kent. This is a crucial hire for the business, coming at a time of planned growth and significant investment. Rather than a newly created position, this role forms part of a considered succession plan — the current incumbent will remain in post for at least another five months, allowing for a thorough and genuinely smooth handover. What's On Offer • Salary of £60,000 – £70,000, dependent on experience • A crucial, high-impact role within a growing and investing business • A structured, well-planned succession with at least five months of handover and support • The chance to join an aerospace engineering business at a genuinely exciting stage of its growth About the Role As Aerospace Quality Manager, you will take ownership of the quality function, ensuring the business consistently meets the exacting standards demanded by the aerospace sector. You'll work closely with customers as the face of quality for the business, and will lead a small team, providing guidance, direction, and support to ensure quality objectives are met across the site.
