Summary
We’re seeking an Administrator to join our client in Redcar on a permanent basis. This role is ideal for someone organised, detail-focused and confident handling a variety of office tasks.
Salary
£14–£16 per hour
Location and Working Pattern
Redcar | Full-time | 39 hours per week | On-site
Client Overview
Our client is a well-established company providing a range of services, working within the O&G, Petrochemical and Industrial sectors.
Responsibilities

Handle general admin tasks including filing, scanning and record keeping
Process invoices and maintain accurate financial records
Raise purchase orders and place orders with suppliers
Chase suppliers to ensure deliveries are on time
Respond to emails and calls professionally
Update internal systems and databases accurately

 
Must-have Requirements

Previous admin experience
Good organisational and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines
