About the role
Sir William Romney’s School is seeking to appoint a Behaviour Officer who is responsible for the day-to-day management of the school's Reset Room, ensuring a safe, structured, and supportive environment for students. The role involves supporting behaviour management processes, monitoring data, ensuring school policies are consistently implemented, and contributing to promoting positive behaviour and student inclusion across the school.

Our beautiful rural location is easily accessible from a number of towns and cities nearby. Offering less than half hour commute from Nailsworth, Stroud, Stonehouse and Cirencester, 45 minute commute from Gloucester, Cheltenham, Bristol, Swindon, Chippenham and under an hour from Bath, Devizes and parts of the Forest of Dean (all of which our staff commute from).
