  Hours: 36 hours per week (Full-Time)

A well-established, fast-growing homecare provider is looking for an organized and proactive Care Coordinator to join their thriving permanent team.   The Role This is a dynamic, office-based position centered on maintaining seamless service continuity. While primarily office-based, you will also travel into the field to conduct crucial client reviews, ensuring our high standards of care are consistently met.

  Key Duties

  • Overseeing, planning, and optimizing daily care runs.

  • Managing staff rotas and scheduling to ensure full coverage.

  • Traveling within the community for client reviews and assessments as required.

  Requirements

  • Right to Work: Must hold a permanent, restriction-free Right to Work in the UK. No visa sponsorship or sponsorship transfers can be offered.

  • Experience: Previous experience overseeing and planning care runs in a fast-paced environment is essential.

  • Transport & Location: A valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are required for field travel. Candidates should live within an easy commute of the Granton/EH17 area.
