    Are you a locally established care leader looking to head up a high-growth service? A well-regarded homecare provider with a 9-year track record is seeking a qualified Registered Care Manager to drive day-to-day operations and shape a rapidly expanding team.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Managing day-to-day operations and ensuring top-tier, quality service delivery.

    • Supervising, mentoring, and supporting the team of carers and office staff.

    • Liaising with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure needs are met.

    • Handling staff scheduling, overseeing rotas, and assisting with recruitment.

    • Maintaining accurate client records and ensuring strict compliance with health, safety, and SSSC regulations.

    Requirements

    • Right to Work: Permanent, restriction-free Right to Work in the UK is strictly required. No visa sponsorship or transfers are available.

    • Qualifications: You must be fully qualified and currently registered as a Care Manager with the SSSC.

    • Profile: We are seeking a highly experienced, locally established manager with a deep understanding of the Edinburgh and Midlothian care landscape.

    • Transport: A valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential for this role.
