Retail Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Retail Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our store, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming shopping environment. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting customers in selecting products, answering queries about merchandise, and processing transactions efficiently at the cash register. You will also be responsible for maintaining the store’s appearance, ensuring that shelves are stocked, organized, and visually appealing to enhance the customer experience.

To excel in this position, you should possess excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor. Previous retail experience is preferred but not mandatory; what we value most is a positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, capable of multitasking, and have good problem-solving abilities. Additionally, you will be required to assist with inventory management, including receiving and unpacking new stock, and conducting regular stock checks to ensure accuracy.
