EPR Fleet Collaboration Project ManagerLocation: Bristol or London (Hybrid Working Available) Closing Date: 30th July 2026At Morson Edge, were delighted to be supporting the recruitment of an EPR Fleet Collaboration Project Manager on behalf of Sizewell C (SZC), one of the UKs most significant infrastructure and clean energy projects.This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering a nationally important programme that will help shape the future of Britains energy security and Net Zero ambitions. Working as part of the Sizewell C team, youll collaborate with colleagues across both Sizewell C and Hinkley Point C (HPC), driving collaboration, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement across the UKs EPR nuclear fleet.Following the success of Hinkley Point C, Sizewell C has secured planning approval and Government funding support and is now progressing through construction while attracting private investment. Once operational, the station will generate low-carbon electricity for around 6 million homes for at least 60 years, making it a cornerstone of the UKs clean energy future.The OpportunityReporting directly to the Head of EPR Fleet Collaboration, youll take ownership of key elements of the EPR Fleet Collaboration programme, ensuring the successful delivery of collaborative initiatives between Hinkley Point C and Sizewell C.This is a highly visible role where youll work with stakeholders across multiple business functions to maximise efficiencies, capture lessons learned and ensure the effective application of the HPC-SZC Collaboration Agreement. Youll also play a pivotal role in monitoring programme performance, supporting governance activities and helping deliver measurable value across both projects.If you enjoy working in complex programme environments, influencing senior stakeholders and driving collaboration across major infrastructure projects, this role offers an outstanding career opportunity.Key Responsibilities Collaboration & Programme Delivery Support the delivery and ongoing management of the HPC-SZC Collaboration Agreement on behalf of Sizewell C. Promote effective knowledge sharing across the UK EPR fleet while ensuring compliance with data governance and intellectual property requirements. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through shared technologies, processes and the utilisation of surplus Hinkley Point C assets. Help develop the EPR Fleet legacy learning strategy, driving improvements in safety, programme delivery, cost avoidance and schedule performance. Work collaboratively across both projects to maximise replication of proven approaches and best practice. Performance, Governance & Compliance Develop, monitor and report on Collaboration KPIs, ensuring contractual obligations are achieved. Produce performance reports and governance materials for the cross-project Collaboration Committee. Ensure collaboration activities remain aligned with Sizewell Cs operational, commercial and regulatory requirements. Stakeholder Management Build strong working relationships across both Hinkley Point C and Sizewell C. Act as a key point of coordination between the UK EPR projects, facilitating collaboration and organisational learning. Support internal and external communication activities that promote the objectives of the EPR Fleet Collaboration programme. Continuous Improvement Identify opportunities to improve programme performance and operational efficiency. Drive lessons learned activities and embed continuous improvement across the collaboration programme. Support knowledge capture and the sharing of best practice across both projects. About YouWere looking for an experienced Project Manager who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about delivering successful outcomes across complex programmes.Youll bring:Knowledge & Technical Expertise Strong understanding of project management principles, governance and project controls. Experience of programme delivery within large, complex, multi-stakeholder environments. Good knowledge of risk, issue, change and dependency management. Understanding of data-led decision making and effective information management. Awareness of commercial, contractual and regulatory considerations associated with major infrastructure projects. Skills Excellent planning, organisational and prioritisation skills. Outstanding stakeholder engagement and communication abilities, with confidence engaging at all levels. Strong analytical and problem-solving capability, with the ability to turn complex information into practical recommendations. Proactive, collaborative approach with excellent attention to detail. Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and PowerPoint, alongside project management tools. Ability to prepare high-quality reports, presentations and governance papers for senior leadership. Qualifications Degree qualified (or equivalent relevant experience). Project Management qualification such as APM PMQ, PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMP or equivalent is desirable. Professional membership with a relevant institution would be advantageous. Experience Proven experience delivering projects within complex organisational environments. Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing diverse stakeholder groups. Strong background in project planning, reporting, governance, risk and issue management. Experience supporting senior leadership and governance forums. Previous experience within infrastructure, construction, engineering, energy or nuclear sectors would be highly beneficial. Demonstrable success delivering outcomes through collaboration, influence and effective project management.
