Our client is a fast-growing fintech challenger bank on a mission to make banking simpler, fairer and genuinely useful for its customers. Backed by ambitious growth plans and a product-led culture, they're building a growth marketing function from scratch to match their pace.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the growth marketing strategy across paid, lifecycle and performance channels
• Own budget allocation and ROI reporting, optimising spend against clear commercial targets
• Collaborate closely with product, data and design teams to improve acquisition and retention
• Build and mentor a small team as the function scales
• Identify new channels and testing opportunities to unlock further growth

Your Profile

• Proven growth marketing experience, ideally within fintech, app-based scale-up or digitally-led businesses
• Strong commercial acumen and comfort working with data to inform decisions
• A test-and-learn mindset with the confidence to challenge convention
• Excellent stakeholder management skills across cross-functional teams
