Multi-Skilled Engineer: HVAC Bias

We are seeking a highly skilled Multi-Skilled Engineer with a strong bias towards HVAC systems to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of HVAC principles, as well as proficiency in related trades such as electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems. You will work on a variety of projects, ensuring all systems are functioning efficiently while adhering to safety and compliance regulations.

Your key responsibilities will include diagnosing and troubleshooting HVAC system issues, performing routine maintenance checks, and implementing energy-efficient solutions. You will collaborate with other tradesmen to complete projects on time and within budget, while also providing exceptional service to our clients. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will be required to liaise with clients to explain technical issues and recommend appropriate solutions. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently or as part of a team will be crucial in this role.

To be considered for this position, you should possess relevant qualifications in HVAC systems and have a minimum of three years of hands-on experience in the field. A valid driver’s license and the ability to work flexible hours, including on-call duties, are also required.
