About the role
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Multi Skilled Engineer with a Fabric Engineer bias to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for a range of maintenance and engineering activities, ensuring that all fabric-related issues are addressed efficiently and effectively. Your primary duties will include conducting inspections, diagnosing faults, and carrying out repairs on various building fabric components, including walls, ceilings, and flooring. Proficiency in a variety of maintenance trades, such as carpentry, plastering, and painting, is essential. You must be able to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Additionally, effective communication skills are vital for liaising with clients and stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met promptly. A valid driving license and a commitment to health and safety practices are also required.
