Client Leadership Business Director - FTC

We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Client Leadership Business Director on a fixed-term contract (FTC) to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving client strategy, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service, and fostering long-term relationships with key clients. You will lead a team of professionals, guiding them in the development of tailored solutions that meet client needs, while also identifying opportunities for growth and innovation. A strong understanding of market trends and client challenges will be essential to your success, as you will be expected to provide strategic insights to both clients and your internal team.

Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing the execution of client projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. You will also be tasked with developing and implementing account plans, conducting regular performance reviews, and presenting results to stakeholders. Effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams will be critical, as you will need to coordinate efforts to achieve client objectives. Additionally, you will champion a client-first culture within the organization, driving initiatives that enhance client satisfaction and engagement.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in client management, with at least 7 years of experience in a leadership role within a client-facing environment. Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills are a must, along with a strong analytical mindset to evaluate client performance metrics. A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, and familiarity with digital marketing strategies will be an advantage.
