Cleaning Operative

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Operative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across various facilities. Your primary duties will include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces in both public and private areas. You will also be required to manage waste disposal, restock cleaning supplies, and report any maintenance issues to the supervisor. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and a keen eye for detail. Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not mandatory, as we are willing to provide training for the right individual. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently. Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy equipment or materials may be required.
