CDM Advisor

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable CDM Advisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing expert advice and guidance on the management and implementation of Clinical Data Management (CDM) processes. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, overseeing data collection and validation activities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the quality and integrity of clinical data. Your ability to analyze data trends and provide actionable insights will be essential in supporting successful clinical trials.

Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining CDM standard operating procedures, training team members on data management processes, and conducting regular audits to ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulations. You will also be responsible for the design and implementation of data management plans, as well as managing timelines and budgets associated with CDM activities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential as you will liaise with stakeholders, including clinical operations, biostatistics, and regulatory affairs, to ensure seamless project execution.

The ideal candidate will possess a degree in life sciences or a related field, along with substantial experience in clinical data management. Familiarity with CDM tools and software, as well as a strong understanding of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines, is required.
