BMS Delta Engineer

At VIGO, we're currently supporting a leading Energy Optimization firm who are looking to expand their team with a technically skilled BMS Delta Engineer. If you're a confident BMS professional, passionate about servicing, project work, and helping clients achieve energy efficiency, we want to hear from you. In this role, you will manage a local portfolio, contribute technical expertise to both service and project work, and assist clients in achieving optimal energy output through intelligent building management systems. Role Overview As a BMS Delta Engineer, you will be key in providing top-tier technical support to a portfolio of clients. You will respond to faults, make system upgrades, identify areas for improvement, and play a central role in improving energy efficiency over the long term. Key responsibilities include: Provide unmatched service and technical assistance to your assigned clients; Manage issues and optimise system performance for Delta and related BMS products; Assume responsibility for client relationships and surpass contracted service expectations. Candidates should have 3+ years of BMS engineering experience, preferably with Delta; Comfortable working autonomously in a field-based service environment; Exemplary customer service skills with a proactive and professional attitude. This is a full-time position offering a salary in the range £55,000–£58,000 per year.
