Role Overview As a Senior BMS Service Engineer, your mission is to provide outstanding technical service and maintain high-level customer satisfaction. From routine maintenance to innovative upgrades and energy optimisation, you’ll have a key role in managing and improving service for a core site in London. Key responsibilities include: Deliver top-tier technical support to clients; Manage scheduled maintenance and recommend system improvements; Address issues promptly and ensure timely resolution. Candidates should have Has proven experience as a BMS Service Engineer (5+ years); Is familiar with Trend, Tridium, and Distech systems, or is willing to undergo training; Possesses a strong customer service mindset and troubleshooting abilities. This is a full-time position offering a salary in the range £60,000–£65,000 per year.
