M&E Project Delivery Manager

VIGO invites exceptional individuals to apply for the role of M&E Project Delivery Manager for National Accounts. This is an exciting opportunity to join a trailblazing team within an industry leader focused on delivering energy-efficient solutions, with particular emphasis on the Public Sector and Commercial Retail & Leisure market. This is an integral role where you will lead multiple energy optimisation projects, set strategic priorities, and foster a high-performing team that aims for superior safety standards and customer satisfaction. Role Overview Your primary mission is to lead and manage a multidisciplinary team in the delivery of decarbonisation strategies such as Solar PV installations, Heat Pump systems, LED lighting upgrades, and associated electrical infrastructure works. Key responsibilities include: Oversee project management from feasibility and design stages through to commissioning and handover; Manage M&E engineering, construction, and commissioning activities across multiple projects; Liaise with stakeholders including UKPN, DNOs, and local authorities to secure consents, connections, and approvals. Candidates should have Proven senior management experience within M&E, Building Services, or Renewable Energy project delivery; Strong technical competence in Solar PV systems, Heat Pumps, LED lighting, and electrical distribution infrastructure; Familiarity with UKPN and DNO connection processes, planning requirements, and UK regulatory standards. This is a full-time position offering a salary in the range £70,000–£90,000 per year.
