BMS Account Manager

With an impressive portfolio and reputation, they require a dedicated and professional BMS Account Manager to oversee their London-based operations. If you have a track record of managing multiple accounts without losing the personal touch, this is an opportunity you cannot miss! Role Overview In this crucial role, the BMS Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing around 100 accounts. Your goal would be to maintain healthy high-level relationships with all clients, ensuring their smart building systems needs are met, and they are getting the most out of their BMS. Working out of their London base, you are joining a business known for its strong client-centric approach. Key responsibilities include: Management and growth of approx. 100 accounts; Ensuring outstanding customer service and client satisfaction; Optimising service delivery for each client's BMS. Candidates should have Proven track record in account management within BEMS/BMS industry; Strong knowledge of BMS systems and their application; Experience managing a large portfolio of accounts. This is a full-time position offering a salary in the range £50,000–£60,000 per year.
