Project Manager - Building Management Systems (BMS)

VIGO is recruiting for an experienced BEMS Project Manager to join a fast-growing Smart Buildings company in the Northern Region of the UK. The business is known for its extensive expertise in Building Management Systems (BMS) and its commitment to high-quality customer service. Role Overview As the BMS Project Manager, you can expect to be at the coalface of technologically advanced, energy-saving smart building projects. Your role will involve managing the delivery of BEMS projects, taking them from initial sales handover through detailed design, delivery, and final completion. Key responsibilities include: Design and manage the delivery of BEMS projects; Carry out assessment of construction issue data and manage RFIs; Produce control schedules, operation descriptions, and network schematics. Candidates should have The ideal candidate for this role should have:; A proven track record in project management, particularly within BEMS; Technical knowledge of Trend, Tridium, and Schneider EcoStruxure, among other legacy systems. This is a full-time position offering a salary in the range £60,000–£65,000 per year.
