Key Account Manager

They are keen to welcome a talented Key Account Manager to their northern region team. Role Overview The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key accounts within their customer portfolio. Acting as the primary point of contact, you will address enquiries, needs, and concerns promptly, while also leading and driving new initiatives. Key responsibilities include: Managing key accounts within the customer portfolio; Acting as a primary point of contact and addressing enquiries, needs, and concerns promptly; Delivering exceptional service all round, with customer satisfaction a top priority. Candidates should have Experience in the BMS industry; Experience in a similar role with a great track record; Relevant qualifications (e.g. electrical/mechanical). This is a full-time position offering a salary in the range £55,000–£70,000 per year.
