Project Manager - BMS

VIGO is recruiting on behalf of a well-regarded client in the Smart Building and Energy Optimisation sector. They are seeking an experienced and ambitious BMS Project Manager to reinforce their growing southwest team. Role Overview The Project Manager will be responsible for the design and management of BMS project delivery. They will lead projects from sales handover, to detailed design, delivery, and completion. The role requires excellent commercial awareness, outstanding customer service skills, and the ability to manage multi-disciplined teams. Key responsibilities include: Taking projects from sales handover through to detailed design, delivery and completion; Assessing construction issue information and managing RFIs; Producing control schedules, operation descriptions, and network schematics. Candidates should have Previous project management experience; BEMS engineering and commissioning experience; In-depth knowledge of HVAC plant and control applications. This is a full-time position offering a salary in the range £60,000–£65,000 per year.
