BMS Principal Engineer

VIGO is recruiting a full-time Principal BMS Engineer for a thriving client in the Smart Buildings sector within the Midlands region. Role Overview In this key role, you’ll take charge of delivering top-notch service to our customers, exceeding contractual obligations, and driving innovation within the BMS industry. The position demands a hands-on approach, including field service in addition to promoting customer satisfaction. We are searching for candidates who are passionate about technology and innovation, and who can work independently whilst dedicated to the highest standards of customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include: Taking full ownership and leading your customer base; Meeting and exceeding specifically tailored contractual requirements; Working closely with customers to identify and resolve operational issues. Candidates should have Possesses BMS engineering experience with primary knowledge of Trend, Tridium or EcoStruxure, and other legacy systems; Has experience in a field service environment with a track record of excellent customer service; Is able to work independently without supervision. This is a full-time position offering a salary of £65,000 per year.
