BMS Technical Lead

VIGO is delighted to be recruiting a BMS Technical Lead for one of the UK's leading BEMS providers. Situated in Watford, this remarkable business specialises in delivering technology-driven solutions in the Smart Buildings and Energy Optimisation sector. Role Overview This is a key position within the business where the incumbent will be responsible for leading and providing technical leadership to a team of BMS engineers. The Technical Lead will play a vital part in the delivery of innovative and sustainable solutions, ensuring projects are executed effectively and client's performance expectations are surpassed. Key responsibilities include: Lead and provide technical guidance to a team of BMS engineers; Ensure the delivery of high-quality and innovative BEMS projects; Oversight of project execution to ensure timeliness, performance, and quality. Candidates should have Proven technical leadership experience within a BMS environment; Proficient in Trend/Tridium or similar BMS systems; Excellent client-facing and communication skills. This is a full-time position offering a salary in the range £62,000–£68,000 per year.
