BMS Project Manager

They have an exciting opportunity for a seasoned BMS / BEMS Project Manager to join their esteemed team, contributing to their tradition of excellence in managing smart building operations, especially within the London area. With a salary range of £60K to £75K, this role offers an attractive compensation package to the proficient professional. Role Overview As a BMS / BEMS Project Manager, you’ll be at the heart of delivering complex, high-value Building Management System (BMS) and Building Energy Management System (BEMS) projects. Incorporating your expertise and innovative thinking, you will lead the implementation strategies for various projects. Also, being able to travel in and around London is a definitive aspect of this role, giving you the opportunity to engage closely with diverse work environments and their specific operational challenges. Key responsibilities include: Oversee the successful delivery of BMS and BEMS projects within the set cost and time parameters; Coordinate effectively with clients and stakeholders to understand their requirements and ensure project goals are met; Lead and manage a team of technicians and engineers to drive project success. Candidates should have Proven experience in successfully managing BMS and BEMS projects; Strong ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, with an individual project value of £250K or more; Exhibit exceptional leadership qualities, skilled at motivating teams towards project success. This is a full-time position offering a salary in the range £60,000–£75,000 per year.
