BMS Project Manager

VIGO is recruiting a BMS Project Manager for a Kent-based business that is breaking boundaries in the BMS & Energy Sector. This is a high-responsibility role which will involve overseeing projects from conception to completion, focused largely on fast-paced, fast-track projects. The business is known leading the way in the retail and medical sectors within the BMS and Energy space. Role Overview As a BMS Project Manager, you will be handling multiple projects at any given time. The role involves project management, scheduling, commercial control and maintaining quality and safety across concurrent projects. Based at the company’s Kent office, you will also travel to client sites throughout the UK to ensure optimal delivery and stakeholder management. Some out-of-hours coordination may be required to manage access constraints and business-critical environments. Key responsibilities include: Fast Track Delivery & Coordination; Plan and deliver multiple concurrent projects from order to completion; Coordinate engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and access to achieve fast turnaround. Candidates should have Possess at least five years experience in BMS & Project Management; Hold relevant qualification in Building Services or Electrical Engineering (preferable, not essential); Have full understanding and knowledge of HVAC Industry. This is a full-time position offering a salary in the range £50–£70,000 per year.
