BMS Principal Engineer

VIGO is seeking two skilled and ambitious BEMS Principal Engineers. We're recruiting on behalf of a leading innovator in the Energy Optimisation and Smart Buildings sector. The business prioritises customer satisfaction and maintenance of their innovative Trend IQVision Systems. Role Overview As a BMS Principal Engineer, you will take charge of delivering expert support, energy engineering, and commissioning services. Collaboration with customers and team members is of utmost importance in achieving operational excellence and resolving complex issues. Key responsibilities include: Taking ownership of your customer base and fulfilling or exceeding contractual obligations; Working closely with customers to identify and rectify operational issues; Providing clear, concise service visit reports that highlight the value of the service. Candidates should have Possesses significant BEMS engineering experience; Demonstrates primary knowledge of Trend, Tridium, EcoStruxure or other legacy systems; Has experience working in a customer-focused field service environment. This is a full-time position offering a salary in the range £50,000–£60,000 per year.
