BMS Engineer - Service | Commissioning | Small Works

VIGO is working with a well-established, growing BMS specialist based in Essex, supporting their search for a BMS Engineer to join their team. The business operates across both large and small-scale projects and prides itself on maintaining a close-knit, supportive environment where engineers are not just a number. This is a hybrid role covering service, commissioning, and small works, offering variety and the opportunity to work across a mix of sites throughout London and the Southeast. Role Overview As a BMS Engineer, you will support the delivery and maintenance of BMS systems across a varied portfolio of sites, ensuring high standards of performance, reliability, and client satisfaction. You will play a key role in both service and project delivery, contributing to the ongoing growth of the business as demand continues to increase. Key responsibilities include: Service, fault finding, and maintenance of BMS systems across multiple client sites; Commissioning of BMS systems and involvement in small works projects; Working across a range of systems including Trend, Tridium (Niagara), Distech, and Siemens. Candidates should have Experience working as a BMS Engineer (service, commissioning, or hybrid); Strong knowledge of one or more systems: Trend, Tridium/Niagara, Distech, Siemens; Comfortable working across both service and project-based environments. This is a full-time position offering a salary in the range £60,000–£65,000 per year.
