BEMS Project Manager

VIGO is recruiting on behalf of a market-leading multi-disciplinary engineering firm recognised for delivering innovative solutions within the Building Management Systems sector. They are seeking a BEMS Project Manager to join their established team. Role Overview As a BEMS Project Manager, you will lead the successful delivery of multiple BMS upgrades and optimisation projects. You will be responsible for project planning, coordination, and execution, ensuring high standards of work in line with time and financial constraints. You will also work closely with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and commercial teams to ensure overall project success. Key responsibilities include: Manage and oversee projects from initiation to completion; Liaise with clients and stakeholders, establishing clear communication channels; Ensure all activities are aligned with H&S, CDM, and quality procedures. Candidates should have Demonstrable BMS Project Management experience; Strong commercial acumen and knowledge of BMS and HVAC systems; Experience managing multiple stakeholders and resources. This is a full-time position offering a salary in the range £60,000–£72,000 per year.
