With a reputation for delivering innovative building management solutions, this enterprise is seeking an ambitious and driven professional to join their south-west team. Role Overview This principal engineering role focuses on providing superior support, energy engineering, and commissioning for Trend IQVision Systems. A field service role at its core, you'll have a keen focus on customer satisfaction and be adept at identifying potential improvement opportunities. Key responsibilities include: Delivering top-notch, client-centric services; Owning and managing your customer portfolio; Spotting and solving operational problems alongside clients. Candidates should have Has primary expertise in Trend, Tridium or EcoStruxure, and knowledge of other legacy systems; Has previous experience in a customer-facing role in a field service environment; Can work autonomously without constant direction. This is a full-time position offering a salary in the range £57,000–£60,000 per year.
