Principal BMS Engineer

VIGO is working with a respected client in the Energy Optimisation and Smart Buildings industry, currently on the hunt for a skilled BEMS Principal Engineer for their expanding Scotland team. Role Overview This opportunity is ideal for a seasoned engineer who prefers engagement across a customer base and excels at delivering superior service. You'll assume ownership of your customer base and will collaborate closely with account management and administrative teams, upholding the highest level of satisfaction amongst clients. Key responsibilities include: Delivering top-notch service to customers; Owning your customer base and surpassing contractual standards; Working in close coordination with customers to pinpoint and rectify operational issues. Candidates should have Primary knowledge of BEMS systems like Trend, Tridium, or EcoStruxure; Proven experience in a field service environment; Ability to work solo without supervision. This is a full-time position offering a salary in the range £50,000–£55,000 per year.
