BMS Service Team Lead

VIGO is recruiting for a BMS Service Team Lead with Schneider and Tridium experience. Role Overview As the BMS Service Team Lead, you'll be the key individual responsible for managing and leading a team of 3 engineers to ensure project deliverables are achieved while maintaining high service standards. The role is hands-on, and you'll have the opportunity to influence service practices and improve processes. This role is ideally suited for leaders who enjoy tackling challenges head-on and leading from the front. Key responsibilities include: Ensure projects are delivered on time and to the client's satisfaction; Manage and lead a team of engineers; Provide hands-on support and guidance to your team. Candidates should have Previous experience in a BMS service lead role (or looking to move into it); Strong leadership skills and team management experience; Technical expertise with Schneider and Tridium systems. This is a full-time position offering a salary of £65,000 per year.
