Major Projects (BMS) Project Manager

This opportunity sits within a dedicated Major Projects team responsible for delivering complex BMS installations across flagship commercial developments throughout Central London. If you enjoy taking ownership of projects from handover through to completion, whilst working alongside experienced delivery and commissioning teams, this could be an excellent next step. Role Overview As BMS Project Manager, you’ll oversee the successful delivery of major BMS projects from internal handover through commissioning and final completion. You’ll coordinate engineers, subcontractors, consultants and clients throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring programmes, budgets and quality standards are achieved whilst maintaining strong commercial performance. This role offers exposure to larger, more technically complex projects than many traditional BMS delivery roles, with the support of an experienced project delivery team. Key responsibilities include: Manage the delivery of major BMS projects from handover through to completion; Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants and project stakeholders; Lead project planning, programme management and resource coordination. Candidates should have Previous experience delivering BMS projects as a Project Manager; Strong understanding of Building Management Systems and M&E project delivery; Experience managing commercial performance, programmes and project budgets. This is a full-time position offering a salary in the range £65,000–£80,000 per year.
