Cleaning Operative

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaning Operative to join our team and ensure that our facilities are maintained in a clean, safe, and hygienic condition. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of cleaning tasks to meet high standards of cleanliness across our premises. Duties include sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors; dusting surfaces; cleaning restrooms; and disinfecting high-touch areas. You will also be responsible for managing waste disposal, replenishing supplies, and reporting any maintenance issues to the supervisor. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional service are essential in this role.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a cleaning position, although training will be provided for the right individual. We are looking for someone who can work independently, as well as part of a team, demonstrating strong organizational skills and the ability to follow instructions. Physical stamina is important, as the role requires lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
