Employee Relations Advisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Employee Relations Advisor to join our dynamic HR team. In this role, you will serve as a trusted partner to management and employees, providing expert guidance on a range of employee relations issues. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective employee relations strategies, ensuring a positive workplace culture, and fostering strong communication channels. Your primary duties will include advising on employee grievances, conducting investigations into workplace disputes, and facilitating conflict resolution processes. You will also play a key role in policy development, ensuring compliance with labor laws and organizational policies, while promoting best practices in employee relations.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of employment law and labor relations, combined with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You should have a proven track record of successfully managing complex employee relations cases and a passion for promoting a fair and inclusive work environment. Additionally, you will be tasked with conducting training sessions for management and staff on employee relations best practices, as well as maintaining accurate documentation of all employee relations activities. A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with relevant certification (such as PHR or SHRM-CP), is preferred.
