The Role

The core focus of this position is to provide essential support to qualified staff and ensure a safe, stimulating environment for our children. You will be actively involved in the day-to-day running of the nursery, providing general care, supervision, and helping to facilitate play-based activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Environment Support: Assist practitioners with setting up and tidying up indoor and outdoor learning spaces.

  • General Care: Provide high-quality supervision and assist with mealtimes and personal care routines.

  • Play-Based Learning: Support the delivery of planned activities and engage children in meaningful play.

  • Safety & Maintenance: Maintain a clean, safe environment, ensuring the welfare of all children at all times.
