Retail Security Officer

We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Retail Security Officer to join our team and ensure the safety and security of our retail environment. As a Retail Security Officer, your primary responsibility will be to monitor and protect our store’s assets, employees, and customers from theft, vandalism, and any potential hazards. You will patrol designated areas, both inside and outside the premises, and maintain a visible presence to deter criminal activity. Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections of the store, monitoring CCTV footage, and responding promptly to any incidents or emergencies that may arise.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with store management and staff to promote a culture of safety and security. You will be expected to write detailed incident reports, document any suspicious activities, and assist in investigations as needed. Excellent communication skills are essential, as you will interact with customers and employees alike, handling any concerns or conflicts with professionalism. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, the ability to remain calm under pressure, and a strong commitment to upholding company policies and procedures. Previous experience in security or law enforcement is preferred, along with a valid security license.
