Analytics Engineer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative Analytics Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and building robust data pipelines, transforming raw data into actionable insights, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will collaborate closely with data analysts, data scientists, and business stakeholders to understand their analytics needs and translate them into scalable solutions. Your primary duties will include developing and maintaining ETL processes, ensuring data quality and integrity, and optimizing data models to support advanced analytics and reporting. Additionally, you will monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise within the data infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data engineering or analytics, with proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI. Experience with cloud-based data platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure is highly desirable. You should possess excellent problem-solving skills and have a keen eye for detail, ensuring that the data utilized by the business is both accurate and relevant. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field is required, along with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
