Retail Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Retail Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our store, providing exceptional service to our customers while assisting them with their shopping needs. Your primary responsibilities will include greeting and welcoming customers, answering queries, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience. You will assist in merchandising products, maintaining store displays, and keeping the sales floor clean and organized. Additionally, you will handle transactions at the cash register, process returns, and manage inventory by restocking shelves and conducting stock checks as needed.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a passion for retail. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to multitask effectively. Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not mandatory, as we are willing to provide training for the right individual.
